The resources provided can easily be used in the classroom to welcome newcomers, while encouraging them to become active class members.
The WINK Teacher Resource provides support for teachers with EAL students in their classrooms by minimizing prep time and making research resources more readily available. The purpose of the WINK Teacher Resource is to assist teachers in acclimating EAL students into a brand new language environment. Many teachers have no prior experience teaching EAL students. As such, this teacher resource has been designed to support the teacher in helping her or his students transition.
